“Belief in the Resurrection”
Sermon by The Rev. Canon Stephen C. Casey
You are invited to join other St. Edwardians for an evening of good food and fun entertainment at Second Chances – The Thrift Shop Musical at the Dutch Apple Dinner Theater on Centerville Road:
Date: Thursday, June 1 – Dinner is served on this evening, a very nice and relaxing option just recently made available.
Price: $45.00 per person, a discounted rate offered to us by Tom Prather, the creator of the production and a former member of St. Edwards’. This price includes both dinner and the show ( dinner at 5:30, show at 8). Checks should be made out to St. Edward’s Church; they can be given to Dottie Gschwend or left in her mailbox.
Sunday, May 7 – THIS SUNDAY – I need to know if you would like to join in the fun. There are still some seats available for our group.
Description from the theater website: Everyone deserves a second chance at life in this musical comedy! You’ll meet the eclectic characters of the Palm Coast Community Church Thrift Shop and laugh and cry as they learn how to love again, deal with possibly losing their lease and finding new friends. If you loved Church Basement Ladies, you’ll adore the new lovable characters of the thrift shop. Written by Dutch Apple owner Tom Ross Prather.
Please make your reservation by this Sunday with Dottie Gschwend: in person, by phone 392-8625, email pgdmg@verizon.net, or text 717-341-8170. Any questions, just ask!!
